X-League Girls

 What is X-League and who is it for?

X-League is a recreational competitive league benefiting athletes that enjoy doing several activities outside of gymnastics.  It is designed to give the athletes a taste of competition while developing their skills.  Additionally, it can be a launching point for those who wish to continue in gymnastics at a higher level.  

Bronze Level

Requirements: Sufficient skills and shapes learned in a Gym Stars 2 or Gym Stars 3 class and coach recommendation

Basic skills, body shaping, and strength are the main focus 

Practices 3 hours a week (2 days)

Silver Level

Requirements: Competed Bronze season, sufficient in bronze skills and coach approval to move up

Practices 3 hours a week (2 days)

Gold Level

Requirements: Completed Silver season, sufficient in silver skills and coach approval to move up

Practices 6 hours a week (3 days)

Current Schedule:

Bronze: Tuesdays/ Thursdays 4 – 5:30 P.M.

Silver: Mondays/ Wednesdays 4- 5:30 P.M.

Gold: Mondays/Tuesdays/ Thursdays 5:45- 7:45 P.M.

X-League Camp– July 19th- 23rd, 2021

Bronze: 3 day camp option– Monday, Wednesday, Friday (in addition to normal practice)

Silver: 3 day camp option: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (in addition to normal practice)

Gold: 2 day camp option — Wednesday & Friday (in addition to normal practice)

SATURDAY, April 24th

Session 1 (X-League BRONZE)

Gym Open & Stretch = 8:00am
March In = 8:15am
Competition = 8:20am
Awards = 10:15am

Session 2 (X-League SILVER and GOLD)

Gym Open & Stretch = 10:45am
March In = 11:00am
Competition = 11:05am
Awards = 1:30pm

Due to COVID restrictions, we will not be able to have spectators. However, we will be live streaming the event using Zoom (we will send links for Zoom the week of the meet) as well as posting live to meetscoresonline.com.

We will be following the precautions listed below and they will be strictly enforced:

– Each athlete will have their temperature taken and screening questions asked
– Each athlete will wear their mask except when they are taking their turns or competing
– All coaches, staff, and judges will have their temperature taken and screening questions asked
– All coaches, staff, and judges will wear their masks at all times
– Hand sanitizer will be provided at the front door and at each event
– Social distancing will be maintained as much as possible
– Hard surfaces will be sanitized between sessions
– Bathrooms will be open and sanitized between sessions
– Please make sure to send your athlete with a water bottle!

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your child’s session and have them remain in your car until they are signaled to enter. The athletes will enter through the front doors, but please remind them to maintain social distancing as they enter.

The athletes will be exiting the gym through the front doors so please wait in the parking lot to pick up your child.
